WALK-TALK THERAPY

Walking therapy offers an innovative and holistic approach to counseling that equips clients with the tools they need to become more solution focused.  Taking place within a naturally therapeutic outdoor setting, it combines physical exercise with counseling, mindfulness and coaching.  Walking side by side rather than sitting face to face enables some clients to feel more comfortable when sharing in the therapy process.  These sessions can help you decrease anxiety, regulate mood, enjoy more restful sleep and receive the feel-good brain chemical benefits of exercise and being outdoors.

VIRTUAL COUNSELING

Virtual counseling allows you to create a safe and comfortable therapy space that's on your own terms.  Maybe you are wrapped in your cozy blanket, diffusing your favorite essential oils, or have a pet companion at your side.  Having virtual therapy means you customize your environment to meet your needs.  Being in the comfort zone of your own space could make you feel more ready to share and work on your goals.  The convenience of doing therapy online allows you to save time and avoid the stress of traveling to your appointment time.

OFFICE VISIT

If you prefer to meet in person, my office is located at 1795 West Causeway Approach Suite 102.  It has lots of natural light, private and comfortable.  Easy access from the Causeway. I've tried to create a space that feels like you are at home.
